Granted, we will make sure that you are aware of everything that is possible, it would be remiss of us not to. It is part of our philosophy that the installations we undertake for our clients always meet, or preferably exceed their expectations. The only way that can happen is for us to work closely together from the very beginning and to make sure that you are well acquainted with available technologies. Then we can design a system to suit you - and your budget. |

One thing you can be sure of is that CA Home Solutions adheres to a strict set of principles and ethics when working with you. We pride ourselves on our professionalism in every element of design and installation. We make sure that our projects are completed to the highest possible standards.
To give you an indication of the process involved once we have reached an agreement, first and foremost we explain all that will happen – and when. There are no set rules here, as each project is personal to the homeowner. So whether it be a home cinema, multi-room audio/video, lighting control – or a total integration of all systems in your home, CA Home Solutions will present you with documentation itemising every step. We will discuss the actual products we recommend and explain the advantages one has over another before you commit to any particular brand. We will obtain new products for you or, if you wish, integrate your existing products into the project where possible.
Many of our projects require wiring to be hidden from view which may entail getting into wall and roof spaces. If you are having new lighting installed as part of the project, we may need to install new fittings. If this is the case CA Home Solutions will attend to all the ‘making good’ and will leave your home in perfect condition.
When your project is completed, we will make sure you understand everything to do with the operation of any systems. From something as simple as programming a remote control, through to the operation of an entire home integration system, we will give you a full explanation and back-up documentation, just in case you need a source of reference.
Finally, once you are settled into your new lifestyle, CA Home Solutions will always be available should you need us. We will contact you a month or so after your project is finished to make sure there are no problems or in case something is not clear. We will always be there to solve any problems which may arise.
